What is your return policy for eyeglasses?

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All frames must be returned in their original packaging material along with the case, and cloth.

Refund: Frames returned will be refunded in full to the original payment method. If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you can return them for a 75% refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. A full credit value paid for the item applies.

Frames with prescription or custom lenses

Each lens must undergo a rigorous 6-step quality assurance process and verification using innovative digital lens technology. This ensures total accuracy and lenses that are free of scratches, distortions, and defects. We provide a scratch-resistant coating with every prescription at no charge.

Prescription orders can be returned, but the prescription lens charges are non-refundable. You will receive a full refund for what you paid for the frame.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Return Shipping

We do not cover return shipping except for orders returned for discrepancies or defects.

Discrepancies or Defects?

Please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date of any package discrepancies or defects. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to exchange or refund the item.

Items must be received back to our warehouse prior to refunding.

Our 6-Months Warranty Coverage

If you notice any defects in your frame or lenses that could be covered under warranty (see chart below), we will repair or replace your item, provided the reported issue is confirmed upon our evaluation and the warranty period has not expired.

*Please do NOT attempt to repair eyewear yourself (glue, etc.)– we cannot accept products that have been tampered with for exchange under the warranty. Products covered under warranty can only be replaced or repaired, not refunded.
