How long will it take for my order to ship?

We need 1-3 business days to process an order. When ordering prescription lenses with your Eyeglasses, allow 4 – 8 business days for your custom lenses to be made by our optical lab. Note: Some items may take 1-2 days before it reaches our warehouse.

Order delays

If your order will experience a delay due to a backorder, credit card verification problem, or availability problem then we will notify you via e-mail within 24 hours.

What are the free shipping offer details?

We are offering free shipping on all orders with no minimum to spend! Orders will ship via Standard shipping (14-21 days). 

You can still choose to expedite your order by upgrading to the express shipping option (7-14 days).

DDP, Duties, and Taxes

The exported goods may be subject to certain customs duties and taxes depending on the content, value, and other factors in the cases legally admissible. Any unforeseen costs incurred after this point will need to be assumed by the recipient of the shipment (the importer) in order to proceed with the release of the pending shipments of customs processing.
